DEROGANSE Y DECLARENSE NULAS E INEXISTENTES, LAS LEYES NÚMEROS 3668, 3673, 3674, 3675, 3676, 3752 Y 3753
EL SENADO Y LA CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS
DE LA PROVINCIA DE CATAMARCA
SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE
LEY:
ARTICULO 1.- Deroganse y, a los fines que hubiere lugar, declárense nulas o inexistentes, las Leyes Nros. 3.668, 3.673, 3.674, 3.675, 3.676, 3.752 y 3.753.
ARTICULO 2.- No prestar el referéndum exigido por el artículo 413 del Código de Minería a los Convenios de que informan las Leyes derogadas en el artículo anterior.

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA LEGISLATURA PROVINCIAL DE CATAMARCA, A LOS VEINTE DÍAS DEL MES DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL AÑO UN MIL NOVECIENTOS OCHENTA Y CUATRO
