ARTICULO 2.- Por Escribanía de Gobierno se otorgarán las escrituras traslativas de dominio a cada uno de los donatorios.

ARTICULO 3.- Los donatarios no podrán enajenar ni alquilar los inmuebles donados, ante de transcurridos diez años desde la promulgación de la presente ley, lo que se entenderá como cargo de la donación y se hará constar en las escrituras traslativas de dominio. Solo podrán alquilar las viviendas por razones justificada, a criterio de la Dirección de Promoción Comunitaria y con la previa autorización de ésta o de quien en el futuro ejerza sus mismas funciones.

ARTÍCULO 4.- En caso de violación a las normas del articulo precedente, la donación se tendrá por revocada y la Provincia podrá obtener el inmediato desalojo del inmueble.
